National Liaison Lead, TSLP Portfolio
Are you ready to lead a national Field Medical organization translating breakthrough TSLP science into real-world impact for people living with severe respiratory and inflammatory diseases? As National Liaison Lead, you will set direction for our field teams supporting Tezepelumab and the broader TSLP portfolio across severe uncontrolled asthma, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps, eosinophilic esophagitis, and anticipated COPD and future indications. You will turn US medical strategy into focused, measurable field execution—elevating insights from the front line and shaping decisions that accelerate evidence generation, education, and appropriate use.
This field-based role spans leadership of Regional Liaison Directors and the MSL organization, guiding scientific engagement with health systems, academic centers, and clinical decision makers nationwide. Can you bring clarity and pace to a complex, multi-indication portfolio while upholding scientific credibility and medical independence? Your leadership will build a high-performing culture, ensure launch readiness, and forge the cross-functional partnerships needed to improve patient outcomes at scale.
Accountabilities:
- National Field Medical Leadership: Provide clear national direction for RLDs and MSLs, establishing priorities, operating rhythms, and measures of success that advance portfolio goals and elevate scientific credibility.
- Strategy to Execution: Translate integrated medical, disease-area, asset, and launch priorities into a coherent field strategy with regionally relevant objectives and accountable delivery.
- Launch Readiness and Lifecycle: Lead field readiness for new indications and emerging TSLP medicines, including capabilities, scientific training, certification, stakeholder mapping, insight plans, and deployment.
- Portfolio Orchestration: Balance in-market priorities with lifecycle management, evidence-generation needs, and future launches; anticipate capacity, capability, and geographic coverage requirements.
- Scientific Engagement Excellence: Ensure balanced, accurate, compliant scientific exchange with priority stakeholders; set standards for preparation, engagement quality, and follow-through.
- Insight Generation and Elevation: Define priority scientific questions; synthesize, validate, and elevate field insights to inform medical strategy, evidence plans, and educational initiatives.
- Evidence Support: Enable appropriate field support for prioritized Medical Affairs and R&D studies, congresses, advisory boards, expert engagement, and medical education in line with governance.
- Change Leadership and Talent: Attract, develop, and retain diverse talent; coach leaders; foster an inclusive, accountable culture that supports growth, learning agility, and ownership of outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as a core member of respiratory medical leadership; partner across Medical, Development, Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and Patient Safety while maintaining medical independence.
- Governance and Delivery: Ensure adherence to laws, industry codes, and company policies; manage budgets, resources, vendors, milestones, risks, and performance to deliver with quality and speed.
- Innovation and Omnichannel: Identify compliant, innovative approaches to engagement, insight generation, and digital/omnichannel execution; test, learn, and scale what works.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Degree in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or a related discipline; MD, DO, PharmD, or PhD strongly preferred.
- Significant pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience, with substantial experience in Medical Affairs and/or a related discipline including Field leadership.

- Experience supporting launch readiness, education, advocacy, lifecycle, and/or late-stage development programs.
- Strong knowledge of scientific exchange, evidence generation, insight generation, and the US regulatory and compliance environment relevant to Medical Affairs.
- Track record of delivering large-scale, impactful medical, commercial or clinical initiatives and effectively leading through ambiguity and change.
- Excellent strategic thinking, scientific judgment, coaching, collaboration, executive communication, and cross-functional influencing skills.
- Ability to travel domestically more than 50% and internationally when required.
